Refunds & Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the billing portal, which you reach from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
What happens at the end of the period
When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. At the end of that period the subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a billing period when you choose to cancel.
Refunds
Where you have cancelled because of a major failure of the Service (as that term is defined under the Australian Consumer Law), we will refund the portion of the fee that relates directly to the period of the major failure. This is set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Your consumer rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits or replaces those statutory rights. If a service has a major problem, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund, in line with the consumer guarantees that apply.
